The Environmental Discovery Center is open Tuesday-Saturday from 9:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M. and Sundays from 1:00 P.M. - 5:00 P.M.

How to Get There

From Florence: Take US 52 south for 12 miles, take the first right past the Lynches River Bridge onto Old Number 4. Go 2 miles and turn right onto County Park Road.

Lynches River Park Project Completes Funding Effort

The intent is for the visitor to gain an understanding of the ecosystems in the park from the view of the worm in the ground, to the bird's eye view in the top of the trees.
