Community Building

The Community Building is perfect for corporate events, family gatherings, birthday parties, and more!

We have three rooms that can be rented separately, or combined for larger events. Pricing is dependent on the specific room and hours reserved. All rentals include tables/chairs, initial set-up, and access to our warming/catering kitchen. Each room has a default set-up based on the number of guests indicated on the reservation. If you would like a custom layout, you must schedule a building tour. All changes regarding set-up, hours rented, and number of guests must be done by 12PM, at least one day prior to your event. Day of layout changes may not be possible due to staffing.

 

While alcohol is generally not permitted within Lynches River County Park, special permission may be granted for events held in the Grand Room of the Community Building. Please contact the Lynches River County Park Superintendent for a list of requirements set forth by Florence County Council. Failure to follow the rules set forth in the Florence County Alcohol policy will result in immediate termination of facility use.

Building viewings are available by appointment only Monday-Friday at 9AM, 12PM, or 4PM.
